Mr. Michael Lutton is the CEO of the company and has a career spanning 30 years operating various companies throughout the United States and the Middle East. Mr. Lutton’s management background includes executive positions at The Irvine Company (where he was President of The Office and Industrial Companies), PM Realty Group (where he was Chairman and CEO), and PLC (as Chairman and CEO). Mr. Lutton is an active member of YPO and is a noted speaker and author. |

Mr. Weiling Tsao - President and COO
Mr. Tsao is the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company and is a twenty-seven year veteran of the semiconductor, computer, and consumer electronics industries, and was a Vice President of Strategic Sales and Business Development at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD/ATI Inc.). Mr. Tsao’s management background is broad-based with vast experience in growth, mature, and developing companies in both the United States and Asia Pacific. He has held a number of senior management positions in product development, product marketing, business development and strategic sales within ATI Inc., Trident Microsystems Inc., Nortel, Apple Inc., Amdahl Corporation, and SIIC Kehua Corp. Mr. Tsao holds a B.S. in EECS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from UC Santa Cruz. |

Mr. Gary De Mel - Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. De Mel is the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. He is a twenty-eight year veteran of the semiconductor and high-tech industries, has
held several senior management positions within Intel Corp., ATI Inc., and Level One
Communications, Inc. in driving their efforts into the worldwide leadership position in
computing, wireless, networking, graphic processing and gaming markets.
As Intel’s Senior Director of Worldwide Sales and Business Development,
Mr. De Mel, created and directed Intel's strategic partnerships and was responsible
for their most successful investments in leading-edge startups, including
driving ATI Technologies /AMD, Tarari Inc. / LSI Logic as their Senior Vice President. |

Formerly a Senior Manager of Emerging Technology at ViewSonic, Mr. Tanimoto brings over 27 years of experience in the high tech industry to NDT. |

Ms. Elsie Kao - General Manager
Ms. Elsie Kao is the General Manager for NDT's Taiwan Office. Ms. Kao has been managing OEM/ODM businesses for more than 15 years with dedication in the digital wireless industry. Being the team leader designed the 1st BQB certified Bluetooth headset in Taiwan, her enthusiasm in the mobile & wireless technologies and profession in Project Management and OEM/ODM business handling well position NDT Taiwan's active role in meeting any aggressive challenges.

Peter Chiou - Managing Director of Wireless & Cloud Security Division
Dr. Peter Chiou is the Managing Director of Wireless & Cloud Security Division for NDT’s Taiwan office. Dr. Chiou brings more than 20 years of experiences in information and communication (ICT) industry to NDT. Dr. Chiou served as Director of ICT office of DoIT/MOEA of Taiwan government where he help guided Taiwan’s ICT development strategy. Dr. Chiou also held research and management positions with USAF, NASA, NIH, FAA, Nortel and Sprint. |
