(OTCBB:NDTE) announced today that it has completed its corporate name change and has changed its trading symbol on OTCBB to 'NPDT'. The name change to Newport Digital Technologies, Inc. (NDT) reflects the company's focus on bringnig world-class technology solutions to five of the fastest-emerging businesses in the technology space. NDT's portfolio of competencies iuclude end-to-end RFID (radio-frequency identification), WiMax, eLearning, Digital Signage & LED Lighting and Security & Surveillance solutions .

Said NDT President and Chief Operating Officer, Michael Lutton, 'Through strategic collaborations with global partners, NDT is developing and will deliver proprietary innovation in these areas through a unique business strategy that minimizes both cost and risk.
