NDT’s technological edge comes from a synergistic partnership with Taiwan’s premier technology incubators, the Institute for Information Industry (III) and the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), under which the company works with them to develop and customize their advanced technologies to meet the needs of customers in global markets.

These R&D powerhouses have a pool of over 7,900 high-caliber engineers and scientists, and have built up cutting edge capabilities in fields such as Information Communications Technology (ICT), electronics, and nanotechnology..

In addition to forging world class R&D capabilities in fields such as RFID, III has built up an unrivaled track record in the design and implementation of large scale information systems, such as Taiwan’s highly successful e-Government project, and has also built up close strategic relationships with the island’s world-beating IT manufacturers.

ITRI has a stellar record in nanotechnology, materials and chemical technologies, advanced manufacturing systems, electronics and opto-electronics, information and communications technologies, and biomedical technology.

NDT co-owns all the intellectual property rights that are co-developed with III and ITRI and has worldwide distribution rights for these technology products, solutions, and applications.

The management team at NDT brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience from within the technology industry as well as the corporate world. The team also has a strong track record of delivering results to investors and customers.

NDT CORPORATE   Mr. Richard Damion - Chairman Mr. Richard Damion founded NDT and is Chairman of the company. He has over 40 years of experience developing, operating and ultimately selling numerous enterprises.     Mr. Michael Lutton - Vice Chairman Mr. Michael Lutton is the Vice Chairman of the company and has a career spanning 30 years operating various companies throughout the United States and the Middle East. Mr. Lutton’s management background includes executive positions at The Irvine Company (where he was President of The Office and Industrial Companies), PM Realty Group (where he was Chairman and CEO), and PLC (as Chairman and CEO). Mr. Lutton is an active member of YPO and is a noted speaker and author.       Mr. Donald Danks - CEO Donald Danks is the CEO of the company.  Previously, from January 2001 November 2008 Mr. Danks was the CEO for iMergent, Inc., an e-commerce software and services company listed on the American Stock Exchange.  During his time at iMergent, he oversaw revenue growth from $12 million annually to more that $150 million annually while taking the company’s market capitalization from under $3 million to a high of approximately $400 million.  Prior to and after his position at iMergent, Mr. Danks was and has been involved in the creation, funding and business development of several early-stage companies.  His activities included attracting more than $100 million in early stage capital, assisting in the development of business plans, recruitment of senior management, building institutional ownership and overseeing ongoing corporate finance needs. Mr. Danks has a B.S. from U.C.L.A..     Mr. Weiling Tsao - President and COO Mr. Tsao is the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company and is a twenty-seven year veteran of the semiconductor, computer, and consumer electronics industries, and was a Vice President of Strategic Sales and Business Development at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD/ATI Inc.). Mr. Tsao’s management background is broad-based with vast experience in growth, mature, and developing companies in both the United States and Asia Pacific. He has held a number of senior management positions in product development, product marketing, business development and strategic sales within ATI Inc., Trident Microsystems Inc., Nortel, Apple Inc., Amdahl Corporation, and SIIC Kehua Corp. Mr. Tsao holds a B.S. in EECS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from UC Santa Cruz.     Mr. Richard Tanimoto - Senior Managing Director Mr. Richard Tanimoto is the Senior Managing Director of Engineering at NDT. Mr. Tanimoto acts as the engineering communication link between NDT and its engineering resource partner, III. Formerly a Senior Manager of Emerging Technology at ViewSonic, Mr. Tanimoto brings over 27 years of experience in the high tech industry to NDT.     Mr.Robert George Robert has over 40 years of senior management experience with major companies in the U.S. In his career he founded two companies and also brings vast marketing experience to our board.

NDT Taiwan         Ms. Elsie Kao - General Manager Ms. Elsie Kao is the General Manager for NDT's Taiwan Office. Ms. Kao has been managing OEM/ODM businesses for more than 15 years with dedication in the digital wireless industry. Being the team leader designed the 1st BQB certified Bluetooth headset in Taiwan, her enthusiasm in the mobile & wireless technologies and profession in Project Management and OEM/ODM business handling well position NDT Taiwan's active role in meeting any aggressive challenges.     Peter Chiou - Managing Director of Wireless & Cloud Security Division Dr. Peter Chiou is the Managing Director of Wireless & Cloud Security Division for NDT’s Taiwan office. Dr. Chiou brings more than 20 years of experiences in information and communication (ICT) industry to NDT. Dr. Chiou served as Director of ICT office of DoIT/MOEA of Taiwan government where he help guided Taiwan’s ICT development strategy. Dr. Chiou also held research and management positions with USAF, NASA, NIH, FAA, Nortel and Sprint.

NDT Australia   Mr. Ted Hamilton Mr. Ted Hamilton heads up the Australian office for NDT. Mr. Hamilton is a well-known and respected businessman throughout the South Pacific and is responsible for all business activities in the region.     Mr. Ian Gaunt Mr. Ian Gaunt is the co-head of NDT Australia and is responsible for all technology distributed in the region. Mr. Gaunt brings over 30 years of senior-level executive experience in the tech industry to NDT.
