Mr. Richard Damion - Chairman
Mr. Richard Damion founded NDT and is Chairman of the company. He has over 40 years of experience developing, operating and ultimately selling numerous enterprises.

Mr. Michael Lutton - Vice Chairman
Mr. Michael Lutton is the Vice Chairman of the company and has a career spanning 30 years operating various companies throughout the United States and the Middle East. Mr. Lutton’s management background includes executive positions at The Irvine Company (where he was President of The Office and Industrial Companies), PM Realty Group (where he was Chairman and CEO), and PLC (as Chairman and CEO). Mr. Lutton is an active member of YPO and is a noted speaker and author.

Mr. Donald Danks - CEO
Donald Danks is the CEO of the company.  Previously, from January 2001 November 2008 Mr. Danks was the CEO for iMergent, Inc., an e-commerce software and services company listed on the American Stock Exchange.  During his time at iMergent, he oversaw revenue growth from $12 million annually to more that $150 million annually while taking the company’s market capitalization from under $3 million to a high of approximately $400 million.  Prior to and after his position at iMergent, Mr. Danks was and has been involved in the creation, funding and business development of several early-stage companies.  His activities included attracting more than $100 million in early stage capital, assisting in the development of business plans, recruitment of senior management, building institutional ownership and overseeing ongoing corporate finance needs. Mr. Danks has a B.S. from U.C.L.A..

Mr. Richard Tanimoto - Senior Managing Director
Mr. Richard Tanimoto is the Senior Managing Director of Engineering at NDT. Mr. Tanimoto acts as the engineering communication link between NDT and its engineering resource partner, III. Formerly a Senior Manager of Emerging Technology at ViewSonic, Mr. Tanimoto brings over 27 years of experience in the high tech industry to NDT.

Mr.Robert George
Robert has over 40 years of senior management experience with major companies in the U.S. In his career he founded two companies and also brings vast marketing experience to our board.
